A.A. Parker : Lake Superior

The A. A. Parker was a wooden steamship that sank during a storm in lower lake Superior near Grand Marias Michigan. The ship went down in 1903 carrying a load of iron ore. The wreck was discovered in 2001 by the Great Lakes Historical Shipwreck Society. The site is broken up with artifacts all over. The highlights are the ships bell, anchors, whistle, name painted on the stern and the most beautiful engine i've seen with intact gauges. There's so much more and i can't wait to help explore this site more in the future.
